Here is a list of livery colours for the Wars of the Roses that has been knocking about on the internet for a few years now. Its not by me, but is very useful so I have copied it here.

  1. If two colours, what colour would be on the man's right side (from his own perspective), the first or the second cited above.

    Or - the other way - from someone else looking at the man from the front, which would be on his left and which on his right?

    Can anyone help?

  2. The first colour is on the right of the jacket, so if you were looking at the man from the front it would appear on the left. I hope that helps.
